The old underground drain and sewer lines had to be excavated and replaced beneath the floor of the building.

Blue Sky Plumbing opened the trench, installed new cast iron and no-hub drain lines, set the closet flange and graded every run to code.

A completely new underground drainage system, properly sloped, tested and ready to be covered.

An older bathroom with failing galvanized piping and water-damaged walls had to be stripped back to the framing.

Blue Sky Plumbing demolished the tub and wall surfaces, replaced the supply and drain piping and set the new shower niche and valve locations.

A finished walk-in shower with a linear drain, new valves and a bathroom built on a completely new plumbing system.
